Shipping & Returns
When placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect an order after it has been shipped from our studio.
Please note that the published shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is dependent on credit card approval and may be delayed if we experience difficulties obtaining authorization. These shipping terms, including the terms set out in our Shipping Guidelines, are accepted by you when placing an order with us.
All orders are shipped without the need for a signature and can be dropped off at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Paba CS is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer your order to be shipped with “Signature Required”, please contact clientes@pabacs.com so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Paba CS is also not responsible for international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process
Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns may be refunded as Site Credit or to the original method of payment, as applicable. Pre-orders placed with multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of whether the cards are removed from the site, expire, or card details are updated. Make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
For your safety, please return your item with an insured courier. Paba CS is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit after receiving the item. If your order did not include proper packaging, please email clientes@pabacs.com. Returned products that are damaged, do not include packaging materials, are soiled or have been altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Paba CS. Discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation or other form of order confirmation does not mean that we accept your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded to the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order has been cancelled
Orders placed using Site Credit will be immediately available for use once the order is cancelled. Promotions will be refunded and reactivated in your account, as long as the promotion has not expired.
